    How does it work?

    1. Pre-Session Questionnaire or 15-minute telephone call: Before your session, you’ll be offered a chance to speak to your therapist or to complete a brief questionnaire to help us understand your main concerns and goals.

    2. The Session: During the 90 minute session, we work together to:

      • Clarify your issue.
      • Explore actionable solutions.
      • Develop a plan you can implement immediately.

    3. Follow-Up Resources: You’ll receive tailored tools, resources, or recommendations to support you beyond the session.
