Sarah

Sarah is an enthusiastic integrative psychotherapist trainee and student member of BACP.  She is currently in her forth year of her Integrative Counselling studies and is dedicated to fostering mental well-being in her clients.

With a strong belief in the power of therapy to transform lives, she approaches each session with empathy and an open mind. Sarah understands the unique challenges faced by individuals, particularly in navigating the complexities of modern life. Her training encompasses a variety of therapeutic modalities, allowing her to adapt her approach to meet the diverse needs of her clients. Sarah is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment.

She is particularly interested in working with young adults and those experiencing transitional life phases, aiming to empower them to find their voice and achieve their personal goals.

Tracey

Tracey is currently an integrative psychotherapist trainee and a student member of BACP, currently studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Practice.

With a long career working in the corporate sales and legal professions, she understands the stress and anxiety caused by the pressure of hitting targets and deadlines, and how that can impact your mental health.

As a volunteer at Ashgate Hospice, Tracey has a particular interest in helping clients work through bereavement, grief, and loss.

Using predominantly a Humanistic approach, with Psychodynamic and CBT therapies to tailor an approach specifically for her clients’ individual needs, Tracey offers a safe and supportive space to anyone looking to improve their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Katie

Katie is an Integrative Psychotherapist Trainee, studying for a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling Practice and a student member of the BACP. She works from a person-centred base, also drawing on psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural approaches to meet each client’s unique needs.
With experience in education, administration, and as a stay-at-home mum, Katie understands the pressures of balancing work, study, and family life. As someone who is neurodivergent and has neurodivergent friends and family, she brings lived experience and personal insight to her practice, offering a deeper understanding of neurodiversity.
Katie aims to provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe and supported to explore their experiences and work towards greater self-awareness, emotional wellbeing and positive change.
